As a AI Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our logistics operations and customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and operational needs. You will focus on developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent solutions and Conversational AI systems to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Grow together

Lead the development and deployment of Conversational AI Products and Services
Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent solutions
Design, develop and maintain scalable and secure AI infrastructure and systems
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and implement solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI developers
Conduct research and experiments to validate AI models and improve their performance - Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices
Communicate about AI concepts and solutions with non-technical stakeholders and conduct internal fares and knowledge sharing sessions

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

Proficient in agent frameworks and LLM libraries; experience with multi-agent systems.
Strong background in Conversational AI and practical experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Solid understanding of knowledge management systems, including knowledge graphs.
Extensive programming skills in Python; familiarity with Node.js.
Significant experience with No-SQL databases (vector, graph, document).
Knowledge of LLM evaluation processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Google Gemini Enterprise.
Experience with multimodal LLMs (voice, text, images, video).
Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.
