**Regulatory Reporting & Data Warehouse Operations**

Are you passionate about delivering reliable services and building strong partnerships across business and IT? We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will help ensure the stability, quality and continuous improvement of our Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services.

In this role, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, coordinate service-related activities and help keep critical reporting services running smoothly and efficiently.

**Your mission**

Ensure the reliable delivery and continuous improvement of Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services while acting as a trusted partner for business and IT stakeholders.

**What you'll do**

- Manage the delivery and day-to-day performance of Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services
- Monitor service quality and ensure agreed service levels are met
- Coordinate the resolution of major incidents and support problem management activities
- Work closely with teams across Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and IT
- Track and report service KPIs and support audit and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimization
- Help reduce operational risks and improve service stability
- Coordinate activities with internal and external partners when needed

**What we're looking for**

- Experience in Service Delivery Management, IT Operations, Data Management or Regulatory Reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
- Experience working in banking, financial services or another regulated environment
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and priorities
- Communication in English

**Nice to have**

- Knowledge of BCBS239, COREP, FINREP or other regulatory reporting frameworks
- Experience with Teradata, Oracle or enterprise Data Warehouse solutions
- ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI
