Footshop je nejpopulárnějším e-shopem s teniskami a streetwear módou. A to nejen u nás, ale také na Slovensku, v Maďarsku, Rumunsku a dalších zemích střední a východní Evropy. Petr Hajduček zakládal Footshop v roce 2011 díky jeho vášni pro tenisky. Nikdy nechtěl mít z Footshopu jen další e-shop na boty a oblečení. Footshop je samozřejmě velmi úspěšný byznys, ale i při svém růstu neopomíjí komunitu ze které pochází a kterou dále podporuje a buduje. Tím společným jmenovatelem je seberealizace. Skrz vášeň pro módu, hudbu, umění, streetwear a samozřejmě vášeň pro sneakers. Footshop je úspěšný a rozpoznatelný i pro velké světové značky. Svědčí o tom fakt, že tu najdete limitované edice, které nikde jinde v okolí nekoupíte, protože je světové značky distribuují pouze do partnerských prémiových obchodů. ## Job description

Footshop is a global medium connecting cultures, subcultures, groups, and individuals into one big crowd sharing the love for streetwear. We play hard but we work even harder. ## You will love it if you can:

👟 use English, Czech & Slovak on a daily basis

👟 communicate with customers (emails, telephone, social networks) and provide them all the necessary information about their orders

👟 solve problems that will, without a doubt, arise ## You're the right one if:

👟 you are fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak, both spoken and written (other languages are an advantage)

👟 you have some sort of experience with customer care

👟 quick reactions and good arguments are not a problem for you

👟 you can solve any issue by phone, email, chat, and the other tools we use

👟 you enjoy contact with a diverse group of people, and you are a driven person

👟 responsibility and patience are your personality traits

👟 you’re tech-savvy and learn quickly
